No, it's very hard to emulate games that take so much power to run. And they aren't versions, just revisions from small errors from the previous update.

I highly doubt there will be. Wii is a fairly new system (mid-late 2000s) so its kind of hard to emulate games lol.

the 3ds is also new but probably no emulators for it. Maybe i can use the ds emulator

Most likely there won't be a different emulator, but it's possible to TAS on the Wii using Live Replay tools and slowdown.
