Is there a download link of the PAL ISO and the NTSC-J ISO? What do I do after getting them?

It would be awesome to look at the competition rankings for different regions other than NTSC-U (America).

NTSC_U (USA) http://bit.ly/RmZ2JH
PAL (Europe) http://bit.ly/NzXh78
NTSC_J (Japan) http://bit.ly/N0YzxU
NTSC_K (Korea) http://bit.ly/NbnHQO

After you get them, download this and install it.

Load the ISO in WiiScrubber and click Trim and save it.

Get an external hard drive that is 5 GBs or bigger and right click it in Computer and click format, and by file system click FAT32. Format it. Open WBFS manager and select the location of the external hard drive to save it to ad click Load. Click browse on the right side and select the ISO that you trimmed in WiiScrubber, then click add to drive. Once it is done saving, eject the hard drive from your computer and plug it into the USB port of the Wii.

Make sure you have Homebrew, and when there press the home button. At the top right it will tell you your IOS. Make sure it is IOS 249. If not, download this. Load it on the Homebrew channel and click IOS manager and install IOS 249. Once done, download this and load it on Homebrew and load the ISO on there. Presto, you're done!

YES! I can finally load the PAL ISO for MKW!

But how do you change it to the Australian region?
And how do I configure WiiConnect24 with the PAL ISO to look at the EU's comp rankings and play comps in the PAL ISO version?

Keep in mind, there will be no releasing of iSO's on this thread!

For USB People:
-Get an iso. [Figure out how to do that]
-Download and Install the program: "WBFS Manager" Download: WBFS Manager
-Put your USB in your computer, open WBFS Manager.
-Find the drive your USB is in [Ex. Drive E]
-Go to Drive _ on WBFS Manager, and press 'Format'
-The drive should format, no problem.
-Next, press 'Load', the 'Browse'
-Find your iSO. * If it says an error about reading image files, restart your computer and make sure uTorrent is closed *
-Press 'Add to Drive' The iSO should be on the drive now.
-Next, download a USBLoader (I use CFGUSBLoader, so that is what I am giving you.) Download: CFGUSBLoader Put the 'InSDRoot' folder contents on the SDRoot.

For people using a DVD-R:
-Download your standard iSO.
-Download and install IMGBurn. Download: IMGBurn
-Put your DVD-R in your computer. Start IMGBurn.
-Press 'Write Image files to disc'
-Browse and find your iSO.
-Next, press the green arrow going to the disc to burn it. The iSO should be on the disc now.
-Finally, download NeoGamma.

REQUIRED FOR ALL USERS (downloading iOS's):
Download iOS236 Installer v6 Download: iOS236Installerl
Install steps:
1. Remove all GameCube memory cards.
* This step is very important. Do not ignore it .
2. If your Wii is not connected to the Internet, copy IOS36-64-v3351.wad to sd:/ MOST OF YOU DONT HAVE TO DO THIS!!!
3. Unzip the IOS236 Installer zip file and copy the IOS236 directory and its contents to sd:/apps.
* You should now have an sd:/apps/IOS236/boot.dol file among others. It is important to also have sd:/apps/IOS236/meta.xml
4. Run IOS236 Installer from the Homebrew Channel.
5. Read the startup messages then press 1
6. If your Wii is connected to the Internet, choose "Download IOS from NUS" with the D-pad, otherwise choose "Load IOS from sd card"
7. Confirm your choice with the A button
8. When prompted, push A to continue the installation
9. Read about what Step 2 entails and push the appropriate button
* One would hope that you would be pushing 2 as this is a tutorial for non-pirates that want to use USB Loaders responsibly. If you actually want to play pirated games, then push 1 and follow any further instructions.
10. Push any button to exit when complete.

-Next, install cIOS rev20b Installer. Download: cIOSrev20b
Put in apps folder like always.
-When you load it on Homebrew, choose 'iOS236' Press A
-Press A to agree.
-Select base iOS version: 'iOS57 v5918' Press A
-Select Custom iOS Install Spot: 'iOS249' Press A
-Choose Network Install, then press A
-The cIOS should install. After it is done, press B to restart.

-Finally, last step, is downloading iOS 222. Download: iOS222Installer
-Load the app, and select 'iOS249' Press A
-Next choose, 'Install Custom iOS222 (Default)'. Press A
-Then choose, 'Use iOS30 (recommended)'. Press A. Everything should download nicely!

After that, you are done and you are ready to play iSO's! have fun!
