Is it ever possible to TAS on a comp? If so, I'm gonna try to be the one testing the limits of many comps because I've gotten many legitimate regional top 10s and a few worldwide tops as well.

It's not unless you can get TAS Code on the Wii, which only Black has access too. Plus the competitions basically take a course already in the MKWii ISO and just add items to it that are in separate files.
