The ISO Won't Load! HELP! Empty

Every Time i click play this happens:

The screen becomes black and the following writing pops up:

Pentium(R) Dual Core CPU E5300 @2.60 GHz
GenuineIntel Direct3D9 Video Backend.

Can someone please help
